About MACA — Asia’s Flying Trapeze Rig Manufacturer
MACA (Mid Air Circus Arts Co., Ltd) is a flying trapeze rig manufacturer and aerial arts academy based in Phuket, Thailand. Founded in 2011, MACA is the only flying trapeze rig manufacturer in Asia, and operates its own flying trapeze and aerial academy on the equipment it builds.
The workshop
Every MACA rig is designed, fabricated and tested in Phuket, Thailand, before it ships.
The academy is the R&D department
MACA’s own academy (midaircircus.com) runs flying trapeze and aerial classes in Phuket every day, on MACA-built rigs. That daily operation is a permanent feedback loop into the workshop: nets, boards, cables and hardware are specified from operating experience, not catalogue data.
The academy is also why MACA can train your operators credibly — we continuously train and develop our own coaching staff in Phuket, so operator training is our daily business productized, not a service bolted onto equipment sales.
Leadership
Adam Lambert (AUS) — Director / Founder
Certified expert rigger and former professional trapeze artist, with over 30 years in flying trapeze. Adam personally oversees every rig manufacturing project and every installation.
Ben Martin (NZ) — Director / Founder
A former resort general manager, Ben has led diverse teams at large resorts around the world — including oversight of multiple flying trapeze operations across several continents — and has performed and taught flying trapeze for more than 20 years.

MACA operates three websites, each with one job. trapezerigs.com (this site) is the consultative hub for complete flying trapeze rig projects — specification, pricing, installation, training and maintenance. aerialcircusequipment.com is our equipment store, where components and general aerial circus equipment are bought directly. midaircircus.com is our flying trapeze and aerial academy in Phuket, where the public takes classes on the rigs we build.
