What does the rig include?
Everything required to fly on day one: frames, connections, net, pedestal board, cables, catch trapeze, fly bars and safety lines. Nothing structural is sold separately.

How big is a flying trapeze rig?
A full-size flying trapeze rig requires a clear, flat area of 25 × 35 meters (82 × 115 ft). Within that envelope, the main structure — pedestal, fly zone and net run — occupies approximately 20 m × 4 m (66 × 13 ft), with guy cables radiating to 24 structural anchor points around the perimeter.

Built for tropical and marine environments
Most flying trapeze rigs are engineered in temperate climates. MACA rigs are engineered in Phuket, where 365-day UV, salt air and monsoon rain are the baseline, not the edge case. The net is UV-treated because tropical sun degrades untreated netting fastest of any component. Rigging hardware is stainless because beachfront salt air corrodes anything less. Exposed padding is wrapped in water-resistant Sunbrella marine fabric because it has to survive outdoors year-round.
This is not a brochure claim: a MACA rig operates directly on the beach at a Maldives resort, in permanent sun and salt spray, maintained on a standard annual inspection cycle. See the projects page for the installation record.
Engineering & certification
The MACA trapeze rig is an engineer-certified design, manufactured to strict safety standards and battle-tested in some of the most challenging climates on the planet.
On completion of installation, the rig is fully tested by the MACA team before it is signed over for operation, and it is handed over with a complete maintenance and inspection schedule. Annual inspections with a public Certificate of Inspection keep the rig within warranty — see maintenance & safety.

- Wooden bases, 20 × 20 × 2 cm, under poles — client-supplied because most countries strictly restrict wood importation
- 5–6 local staff to assist elements of the 4-day installation
- Accommodation, transfers and meals for the MACA installation team
